Returns & Exchanges
At SCOR, we want you to be fully stoked on your new ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused bikes and components within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SCOR account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and bikes are securely padded to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
